Digitalisation & AI that drive your business measurably forward.
We digitalise your processes, integrate AI into daily workflows and train your team — so technology is actually used.
From the digitalisation gap to competitive advantage
Most businesses know they need to digitalise — but don't know where to start. We change that.
Which AI applications hold up in small and mid-sized companies, and where AI is not worth it, is shown with examples in our article AI for small businesses: use cases, limits and getting started.

Why businesses grow faster with us
Practical, execution-oriented and focused on real business impact.
Less manual work
Automation takes over recurring tasks such as transferring data, filing receipts or answering standard enquiries. How much time that frees up for you is something we estimate from your workflows – we do not promise a fixed figure in advance.
Faster processes
Digital workflows accelerate decisions, approvals and customer responses.
Higher efficiency across your entire business
From marketing to sales to operations: we check, department by department, which processes AI can simplify — and tell you where it does not pay off.
Know-how in your own team
We introduce AI where it works in your process and train your staff so they can use and develop the tools themselves.

AI consulting for businesses: what it includes and where it ends
What does AI consulting do for a mid-sized company?
AI consulting clarifies which workflow in your company AI can actually take work off, selects the right tool for it and accompanies the rollout until your team uses it on its own. The result is not a slide deck but a workflow that runs differently than before.
At DigifyNow, consulting and implementation sit in the same team: Jesper Schmidt, Christian Schiebl and Miles Pandel set up AI assistants and automations themselves and train management and staff. Whoever gives the recommendation also implements it.
How is an AI strategy developed?
For us, an AI strategy is a prioritised list of workflows: which comes first, with which tool, with which data and who looks after it afterwards. It is created in the first two of the five steps of our process – digitalisation audit and strategy & roadmap – and is tested on a first workflow before the next one follows. To set the order, we check every workflow against four criteria:
- Frequency: A workflow that occurs daily or weekly justifies the effort more readily than one that happens twice a year.
- Data: AI needs data that already exists digitally; whatever is on paper today gets digitised first.
- Risk: Where a mistake is expensive, for example in quotes or contracts, a person checks the result before it goes out.
- Measurability: It is agreed beforehand how you will see the effect, for example by the time per case.
How to map a workflow before this assessment – step by step, with a template, tools and an example – is described in our article Process Analysis: Definition, Template, Example.
When does AI consulting not pay off?
When the workflow rarely occurs, when the data needed is still on paper, or when a feature of your existing software already solves the problem. In the first case manual work stays cheaper, in the second the workflow needs to be digitised first, and in the third it is enough to set up the feature properly. We tell you this in the free assessment, before any contract is signed.
